Ball Class

This class uses mind /body control to coordinate balance, breathing, and core strength to attain these challenging exercises. Definitely a head -to- toe workout!

Essential Ball:

Open to anyone craving adventure.

Intermediate Ball:

This class requires at least 15 - 20 Essential classes. More adventure, harder class!

Advanced Ball:

Please ask your instructor if you are ready to join this class. (Supreme Challenge! GO FOR IT!)
