Mat Class
This class incorporates controlled breathing techniques and the body’s own resistance to gain control over the core muscles (The Power House). This is a total body work out that will improve strength, flexibility, endurance, posture and develop the mind body connection. Mat classes incorporate the use of resistance circles, foam rollers, flexbands and Wilson balls.

Do not miss this opportunity to target our greatest nemisis the midsection! In 30 minutes you can sculpt and tone your ABS and THIGHS! THEN, carry that energy back to work for a more productive afternoon.
Essential Mat:
This class is open to anyone that has gone through a private orientation session.
Intermediate Mat:
This class requires at least 20 Essential Mat classes before joining.
Advanced Mat:
Please ask your instructor if you are ready to join this class.
