Rack n Roll Reformer Class

This class focuses on using breath, flow, coordination and it is a total body workout. The apparatus is spring resistance. It also uses the Box and Jumping Board. One private orientation class is required before joining a group class.

Essential Apparatus:

This class is open to anyone that has gone through a private apparatus orientation session.

Intermediate Apparatus:

This class requires at least 20 Essential Reformer classes before joining.

Advanced Apparatus:

Please ask your instructor if you are ready to join this class.
