Private - One on One
A one-on-one is a session with just you and a certified Pilates instructor. Your session will use various apparatus, and it will be tailored specifically to your needs. You will have full use of all the apparatus in the studio for a fun yet challenging workout that will take you to levels which you might not believe you are capable. This session is highly recommended for people who have specific physical limitations or requirements. One-on-One is a great way to get safely back into exercise.
You will begin with an evaluation session with the trainer, you will be introduced to the fundamentals of Pilates (breathing & abdominal techniques) and an introduction to each piece of equipment. Our Certified instructors will design your sessions to meet your goals faster and move you to higher levels of Pilates. A regular schedule of 2-3 sessions per week is recommended.
